• Rain Water Harvesting

The prevailing scenario in which water consumption is increasing and the groundwater table is fast depleting brings forth the need for reviving Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) structures. Using the RUSA fund Bharata Mata College Renovated and installed of RWH system with a capacity of 2,00,000 liters. Which is capable of providing most of the needs of the college fraternity and preserving a green environment, it acts as a source for the supply of adequate clean water as per the necessity of the Campus

• Lift & its supportive framework as an enhancement facility of academic block

True to its vision and mission, Bharata Mata College caters to the need of each and every student of this college. In order to avoid the difficulties of differently-abled students, ramps have been built in several places. The college common examination hall is set on the topmost floor and alternate arrangements are made for students with disabilities on exam days. An elevator would solve such problems and any student who falls sick or suffering from ailments could be easily taken to the top floors. Using RUSA Fund constructed a lift having a capacity of 6 numbers including a lift room for the entry up to the third floor of the rear side of the main building.

• Concrete Staircase attached to the main academic block

Bharata Mata College is a Mahatma Gandhi University Recognized Examination Centre for Private students. Various examinations need to be conducted in our college in addition to the conduct of exams for regular students. A common examination hall is set on the 4th (topmost) floor with ten different blocks, each one capable of accommodating 45 students and the students have only one passage for entry and exit. They have to climb upstairs through all floors which may cause an inconvenience to others. To facilitate smooth up and down movement, an additional new staircase was constructed, the newly constructed staircase from outside straight to the top floor would be convenient for both inmates outside students. The mass movement of private students through all floors is avoided and the students can straightaway reach the examination hall from outside. Also, it is useful from a security point of view and smooth conducting of examinations during regular classes.

• Construction of a single-stored Examination Hall with a seating capacity of around 600 students.

For the conduct of university examinations. It included the construction work of the ground floor framed structure examination center having a plinth area of 362.53 m2. Stair has been constructed on both sides for access when the college extended the first and second floor in the future. Provision has also been included for the septic tank on both sides. The total cost of the construction is 93.2 Lakhs. 95% of the work is completed remaining works are going on.
