St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) focuses on the noble mission of making quality education accessible to all sections of society especially the marginalized and economically backward. The college founded in 1946, and affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam is managed by the Archdiocese of Verapoly. The Institution has been recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Sections 2(f) & 12(B) and was granted Autonomy by the University Grants Commission in March 2016. The College was accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with an A Grade and a CGPA of 3.24 out of 4 in the third cycle in 2016.
